Planning a Wedding Shoot in Koramangala and South Bangalore
Koramangala sits close to most of the wedding infrastructure South Bangalore couples end up using — the kalyana mantapas around Jayanagar and Basavanagudi, the banquet floors of the hotels along Hosur Road and the Inner Ring Road, and the newer convention halls out towards Sarjapur. Nearly all of it is within a 30 to 45 minute drive of our studio on 4th A Cross Road, which matters more than it sounds. A Bangalore muhurtham often starts before six in the morning, and being able to recce the venue the evening before or arrive at four without a highway run is the difference between a calm morning and a scramble.
Two things shape a shoot here: light and traffic. Most mantapas are covered halls lit with tube light and stage wash, so we bring our own lighting for the ceremony and plan the couple portraits for whatever daylight the courtyard or the porch gives us. Traffic decides everything else — a 5th Block to Whitefield reception transfer at six in the evening is a completely different plan to the same drive at noon. We build the timeline around both and share it with the family and the planner a week ahead, so nobody spends the morning wondering where the photographers are.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you cover weddings outside Koramangala?
Yes. Koramangala is our base, but most of our bookings are somewhere else — across Bangalore, in Kerala and Goa, and at destination venues around India. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and shown clearly on the estimate rather than buried in the package price.
Can we customise our package?
Yes. Packages are built around the events you are actually holding. Some couples want two full days plus a film, others want one morning covered properly. Tell us the schedule and we price to it.
Do you provide both photography and videography?
Yes, and the two teams work as a single unit. That matters at a mantapa, where a photographer and a videographer competing for the same angle will spoil both frames.
When should we book our wedding photographer?
For the Bangalore season, six to nine months ahead. Dates between November and February and auspicious muhurtham days go first, and we deliberately hold a limited number of weddings each month so the team is never stretched across three events in one weekend.
How do you handle the early muhurtham timings?
Comfortably — a 4:30am call time is routine for us. We arrive before the family does, light the mandap while it is still dark, and work quietly through the rituals so that nobody is being posed and directed at five in the morning.
When do we see the photographs?
A curated sneak peek reaches you within 24 hours of the wedding, and your complete set of edited images within 20 days. Your wedding film follows after that.
