This wedding photography gallery is a working selection rather than a highlight reel — frames from real weddings across Bangalore, Kerala, Goa and Hyderabad, chosen because they show how we actually shoot rather than because they are the prettiest ten pictures we own.

How the gallery is organised

The filters split the work four ways. Candid is the documentary coverage — what happened, photographed without direction. Traditional covers the portraits and formal groups that every family wants and that somebody has to organise properly. Pre-wedding is the sessions couples shoot before the day itself, usually on location. Wedding is everything from the ceremony through the reception. Most weddings we cover produce all four, which is the point of running two photographers rather than one.

What you are looking at

A few things worth knowing while you scroll. Almost none of these frames were posed. Where the light is difficult — a dim mahal, a midnight muhurtham, a beach at noon — you are seeing what we did about it rather than a set-up that avoided the problem. And the black-and-white work is shot with that intention rather than converted afterwards to rescue a colour cast, which is a distinction that matters more than it sounds.

How to read a wedding photographer’s portfolio

Every gallery on every photographer’s website is edited to flatter, ours included, so it is worth knowing what to look past. Ask to see a full wedding rather than a best-of — anybody can assemble ten strong frames from two hundred weddings, and the honest test is what the ordinary hours look like. Check how the difficult moments are handled: the dim ceremony hall, the crowded mandap, the reception after dark, the beach at the wrong time of day. Look at the faces of people who are not the couple, because a photographer watching only the bride and groom is missing half of what is happening in the room. And look for consistency across a set; colour that swings noticeably from frame to frame usually means the edit was rushed rather than considered.

Films as well as photographs

Photographs are only half of what we deliver. The wedding films sit alongside them and are cut as short films rather than assembled in the order things happened, which is a different craft and a slower one. If the film matters to you as much as the stills, say so at the enquiry stage — it changes how we staff the day rather than being something added on afterwards.

Everything in this wedding photography gallery is published with the couples’ agreement. If you are a couple we have photographed and would rather a particular frame came down, tell us and it comes down — no discussion required. If you are another photographer or a publication wanting to use something, ask first; the answer is usually yes with a credit.
