What to tell us in a first message
Four things let us answer properly instead of asking you three follow-up questions. The dates, including any events either side of the main day. The venue or at least the city, because a hotel ballroom and a home courtyard are different jobs. Which events you want covered — mehendi, haldi, sangeet, the ceremony, the reception, or all of them. And whether you want a film as well as photographs. If you already have a rough budget in mind, saying so saves everyone time; we will tell you honestly whether it is workable rather than quoting something designed to win the enquiry.
What happens next
We check availability for your dates first, because there is no point discussing anything else if the team is already booked. If we are free, we will come back with what coverage would look like for that specific wedding and what it would cost. We do not publish fixed packages — a single-day home wedding and a four-day destination celebration are not comparable and should not carry the same number. Most couples then want a call before deciding, which is sensible and which we would encourage.
Questions we get before booking
How far ahead should we book?
For November to February in Bangalore, and December to April in Kerala, as early as you reasonably can. Venues go first and photography tends to be the second booking, which means the good dates are often gone before couples start asking. Outside those windows there is usually more room to move.
Can we talk before deciding?
Yes, and we would rather you did. A call is usually enough to work out whether we are the right fit. If you are in Bangalore and would prefer to meet, the studio is in Koramangala 4th Block.
Do you travel outside Karnataka and Kerala?
Regularly. Goa and Hyderabad are routine for us, and we have covered destination weddings further afield. Travel and accommodation are quoted as separate line items rather than buried inside a package, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
What if our dates change?
Tell us as early as you can. Dates move more often than people expect, and it is far easier to work around when we hear about it in good time rather than close to the day.
From a recent wedding. Where we are, and where we travel
The studio is at 109, 4th A Cross Road, Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru 560034. We shoot across Bangalore without travel charges, and regularly in Hyderabad , Goa , Calicut , Kannur and Wayanad . Part of the team is based in North Kerala, so Malabar weddings carry no travel cost either. For anywhere else, travel and stay are quoted openly as a line item rather than folded into a package where you cannot see them.
