Planning a Wedding Shoot in Hyderabad

Guest lists are larger, a reception receiving line can take three hours on its own, and the ceremony sequence — pellikuthuru, mangalsnanam, jeelakarra bellam, talambralu — has more distinct moments that families expect to see photographed properly than a shorter ceremony does. The venues divide roughly into the palace hotels and heritage properties, the function halls and convention centres strung along the Outer Ring Road, and the farmhouses out towards Shamirpet and Moinabad. Each comes with its own rules about access, drone use and lighting, which is why we ask which venue you have booked before we quote anything.
We travel in from Bangalore rather than working out of a Hyderabad office, and that shapes how we plan. The team arrives the day before, walks the venue, and works out where the light falls at ceremony hour and where couple portraits can happen without cutting across the guests. We carry our own lighting, spare bodies and card backups so that nothing depends on renting locally at short notice. Travel and accommodation appear as their own line on the estimate rather than being folded quietly into the package price.
